THYME
Short of stature & small of leaf, this resinous herb has substantial flavor for its size. It’s also, in our opinion, the most versatile culinary herb, complimenting meat, seafood, cheese, or even desserts.
Zones 4 - 10 , Full-Sun, Spacing: 12”

ROSEMARY
A lovely evergreen addition to the garden, its bushy shape can be trimmed like a topiary or left more rustic & wild. Not quite as cold hardy as it’s other herb companions, rosemary will benefit from the protection of a microclimate such as a building or dense hedgerow.
Zones 6 - 11, Full-Sun, Spacing: 24 - 36”

OREGANO
A relative of the mint family, oregano can be vigorous and spread throughout the garden. If you enjoy a carpet of green, oregano is your friend! In addition to its culinary use, oregano produces dusty purple blooms in early Summer which are beautiful in the garden or cut to dry.
Zones 4 - 10, Full-Sun, Spacing: 12”

SALAD BURNET
One of our new favorite herbs, salad burnet tastes like cucumbers & finds an affinity with seafood & yogurt sauces. This evergreen herb has attractive serrated leaves that are useful as a garnish or used in a flower arrangement.
Zones 4 - 8, Full-Sun, Spacing: 12”
